Wednesday 30th March and we visited the Marina Puerto Calero where this small paved pedestrian street is located.
Having taken a stroll along the promenade, waterfront of the Marina, we continued our exploration by walking down this street.
It is lined on one side with a number of designer stores and well known brands. The other side of the street the wall is home to a number of metalwork art pieces.
There is a large sculpted piece of lava rock in the centre of the street, another interesting facet.
To be honest we found the artworks more interesting than the shops.
This street is one of the many features that combine to making a visit to the Marina worthwhile, on it's own it is just a little street.

Calle Isla de Los Lobos is the main promenade of Puerto Calero, a recreational port located in Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands. Here you can see a lot of boats, really it is a tourist place only to see them. Also, it is the typical promenade, where there are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops to buy anything you want. Nice and typical place to walk, take a drink or lunch/dinner.

Thursday 11th July and we revisited Puerto Calero, having previously been here in March 2022.
We took a stroll down this small street which runs parallel with the Promenade Marina in the Port.
Sadly the fortunes of this street have changed since our previous visit. Back then all of the shops were occupied selling designer and top end goods and looking good. On this occasion the majority of the shops were closed up and empty for what appeared some considerable time.
The metal artwork on the wall opposite the shops still remains a feature, however it did feel a bit like a ghost town as we walked along the street.
