Amazing day very well organised by a professional team.
Was literally a last minute booking over the phone and Nico was very to communicate with (English speaking) booked within minutes.
Coach picked us up at designated location no probs
Arrived at the catamaran and the team were very professional, Carl the main voice of the
trip was highly efficient and thorough in explaining the itinerary of the trip health n safety etc.
The trip itself was bloody amazing we all went out and bagged a spot on the nets and spent the duration relaxing and sunning ourselves, when moored up near the stunning beach, we were able to go sliding down the on board slide into the sea, make use of the kayaks and paddle boards, and even the huge array of snorkels and face masks, everyone on board was able to have a go in the 2 hours chillout fun time whilst moored up.
The food that was provided kept on coming, there was fruit handed out to start, then fresh bread with cheese, then once moored up Lunch was also served which was very filling
pasta n sauce, salad and Canarian potatoes
(which I had to go and get a second portion yum!!)
Drinks were unlimited , from beers, soft drinks to even glasses of prosseco,
(would have been nice to have non alcoholic lagers) but i was fine with soft drinks)
Overall for the price and the whole experience we ALL had an amazing day
very good value for money, pick up and drop off included.

Wow wow wow we love Catalanza so much always returning on our trips. We hired the small boat to enjoy a private day and as usual it was amazing the whole team here go beyond service to make sure your day is special.
We left at 10am were greeted on board with a short safety explanation then the top notch service never stopped until our return.
We were first served bread cheese and meats with drinks of choice these were continually topped up when required.
An hours sail then tied up to allow swimming canoeing and paddle boarding before lunch was served. The crew prepare all the food to a very high standard we decided to change our menu and enjoyed everything.
More time after lunch to relax before the sail back to Puerto Calero.
We have done many of these I can’t recommend it enough great value for money for the experience you receive.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The crew, the food, the drinks and the day itself were incredible! The shuttle bus was a welcome start to the day and was not only on time but a smart minibus with air con. Upon arrival at the marina we were taken to check in and shown to the boat. The boat was well appointed and in no way overcrowded with circa 20 people on board for the trip. A detailed safety briefing was given in numerous languages and the crew introduced themselves and the format of the day. Some great sailing down the coast followed by swimming, snorkelling and kayaking before a good quality lunch was served. Some reviews seem to think the food was basic but the pasta was excellent, the bread and salad fresh and the canarian potatoes were excellent plus you could have as much as you liked. Drinks were served throughout and well chilled. The trip back into the wind was the highlight with sea spray hitting the front of the boat, I think we were wetter than after the swim! All in all a brilliant experience and well worth the £55 per head price tag for what ended up over 4.5 hours of boating.

Booked for Boxing Day, pick up by coach on time, taken to harbour.Before joining the boat a quick prep talk which stated no shoes to be worn, i am disabled& cannot remove my shoes, captain spoken to and said that was ok. Staff asked if i needed anything just shout. Excellent food, crew, activities which my daughter loved, snorkelling, paddle boards, canoe, there was no jet ski but a speed boat which the captain took the kids on. Food was pasta, salad,&bread absolutely gorgeous. Lots of beer, sangria etc if you want it. All in all a great day out & would recommend

Fantastic day out on the Catlanza, we go on this trip twice during our holiday it’s so good. Once the boat leaves you are given fruit and slices of bread with cheese delicious. The boat stops at a bay with a beach where you can swim around the boat, or use the kayaks. Then there’s more food, pasta, tomato sauce, salad, cheese, canarian potatoes it’s all delicious.
All drinks and food are included in the price, drinks are beers, red wine, white wine, prosecco and various soft drinks.
There is also free WiFi on the boat which works really well.
The staff are absolutely brilliant, really look after the staff so kind and helpful. Many thanks to Carl, Roberto, Sandra, and to the captain Francis (my Capitan) 😊
We will definitely be back on the Catlanza in March and recommend it to all of our friends.

We did the Catalanza Platinum Adults Only cruise, as a party of 4. I personally did not enjoy the experience. Boarded the boat and set sail at 10am, about 50 people on board. People were chugging beer and wine from the off and got drunk quickly which made for an uneasy experience for the rest of us. Smokers were to smoke/vape at the back of the boat which was not adhered to. The toilet was down in the bottom of the boat, access by climbing through a hatch. Not everyone was physically able to climb down the ladder and I saw at least one lady who had wet herself. Snorkeling was available, one double kayak, two single kayaks, 2 sup boards. There was fruit and bread to start which was minimal, lunch was pasta, salad and potatoes and this was very nice. The crew were ok but everything sounded very rehearsed and forced, with one female crew member photo bombing people's pictures unnecessarily! People who had drank too much were arguing on the coach on the way back to our hotels, and I just found the whole experience below what it could be. Disappointed.

Good afternoon, we are very proud of our excursion and we put so much into the organisation. You were sailing on a sailing catamaran specifically designed for day charter. We have a license for 96 and we take a maximum 55 people on board.
The toilets on board are called heads and they are down in the hulls, easily accessible, if people have movement issues they normally warn us in advance and we advise re toilets. There are normal toilets right beside the boarding also.
People who have been swimming generally have wet swimsuits.
On the way to Papagayo we serve delicious local chhese with bread and fruit.
And lunch is also freshly prepared on board at Papagayo. Italian Pasta served with a vegetable/toamto sauce, fresh parmesan cheese. Salad. And on the side Canarian Potatoes an Mojo. We do cater for Gluten free also.
We do advise smokers where to sit on board and if they are not doing so and a client points this out we remind people where to smoke.
We have ample snorkeling equipment on board and the sea temperature is an amazing 23 at the moment. I do hope you enjoyed the snorkeling.
No one has to wait long for a Kayak or Paddle board and the crew are always there to help.
We do include all drinks, waters, juices, refrescos, beer, wines and cava. But we are very strict about the fact that we are not a booze cruise. The crew are very aware of what is going on and do keep an eye on the alcohol being consumed.
There is no question, some people enjoy themselves louder than others.

Just finished the 5 hour boat trip with Catlanza, had lots of fun, relaxing time on the boat and great views.
We opted for the travel included option, coach picked us up outside our hotel and then picked other people up before arriving at the harbour.
Would say to be early for the coach pick up, ours stayed 8:59 collection, we went to the stop for 8:45, coach arrived 8:52. Can’t complain at them being early :) but make sure you don’t miss the transport.
Food was good, pasta, bread, potato’s and salad. Unlimited drinks, they had beer, wine and soft drinks with an open bar and staff constantly walking around asking for orders.
Whilst at the stop you could use the included snorkel equipment, paddle boards and kayaks and free swim. They do ask you to stay close to the boat to ensure safety and so they don’t lose people. There is also life jackets to wear if you’d prefer. I personally did not go into the water out of preference so stayed on the deck, sunbathed and watched others. There is no necessity or pressure to swim.
Multiple safety talks throughout the trip, staff were really knowledgeable and fun. Great laugh and something different to do.

Cannot recommend Catlanza, highly enough.
We had a private hire for 21 of us in September. A large family group, with ages ranging from, our "just turned 2 years old Grandson", to his Great Gran, at the sprightly age of 83.
All arrangements went exactly as planned, including the coach pick up, which we had requested at the last minute. The Catlanza team went out of their way, to make sure we had a great day, and we did!
We all, very quickly, had drinks in our hands and were being served some delicious food. The crew could not have been more friendly or more helpful.
After about 30 minutes, someone spotted some dolphins not too far from us. Next thing we knew, the dolphins were racing alongside the catamaran.
On to Papagayo, where we stopped a hundred meters or so from the beach.
We spent some time on tbe kayaks, paddle boards, some snorkelling and just having a fun time in the water. All watched over, and assisted by the crew.
The crew then served up a lovely lunch and of course, more drinks. A leisurely sail back to PDC rounded off a perfect trip.
All in all, a great day which I think we will all remember for a long time.

Teresa, Benney and the whole crew made this a fabulous experience for all guests on board. Food and drinks are continuously flowing and we enjoyed trying snorkelling and kayaking. The return sail was fun for the teenagers, sat on the nets and being splashed by the waves!
A really well organised trip and great value for money. Would definitely do this again!

We booked this trip before we left the UK. Never been on a catamaran before so we really wanted to try it out. Booking was simple and really well kept informed with clear directions for pick up by the coach. Puerto Calero is lovely. Very nice marina. Staff on board so friendly. I can't remember all the names but I'm sure there was an English guy named Carl? Food was so good. Really enjoyed the hospitality! The area we were taken to was beautiful with lovely green waters for swimming. Plenty of time to relax, swim or sunbathe. Return trip was interesting. Think I got drenched more than once! But we were well warned about that! Was brilliant fun and we were sorry it ended. Definitely recommend this trip to everyone!.

You get new potatoes, salad, bread with garlic oil and vegetable pasta (bolognese without the meat). They also bring you fresh fruit and a small tapas of bread with cheese.

Yes it is. The only money you’ll need (if you want) is €5 for a copy of the photo taken as you board the catamaran.
Everything else is included. Soft drinks and punch. And lots of pasta (veggie and fish) salad and bread.

I think it depends on which tour company you book through. Seems that most of pick up from San Antonio hotel bus stop. However I'd check on booking.

I would recommend to go on the family one as the teens will have more fun I believe. But I guess all depends how kids your girls are still...Anyhow I’m sure you will enjoy Catlanza ! Have fun

As we were were located in the same resort, we booked direct. I believe it was the same as booking online, rather than through the holiday Rep.

Either but book in advance of the day you want to do the trip. We used the kiosk at Puerto Calero - simples.
