Extremely quiet and relaxing (make sure you bring the bug spray though!) Easy to get to. We were the only people in the area for the 1.5 hrs we were walking!

Paths were well marked and their was plenty of parking. There were options for longer or shorter routes as well. Nice scenery, not too many hills.
