Totally worth coming to, beautiful views and the water is great to swim in. Loved the feeling you get when you're there, breathtaking.

Beautiful setting, in the Dominican alps. Pristine water and easy access makes this a great day trip. Highly recommend it.

S. de J. I is probably the prettiest of the waterfalls near Jarabacoa - it's 7km from the center of the town, road is good, so you can walk if you're fit (road goes slightly up). Views over countryside and than on waterfall are stunning....More

Easy hike about 30 min. Good boulder scramble at the bottom. It not advised to swim near the falls due to the strong currents. Ok to wade in and splash yourself. 100 peso pp

This is one of the several "saltos"of water that you can find in Jarabacoa. With warm water you can take a bath on the waters of Jimenoa River.
