Our stop at this location was to primarily visit the animal sanctuary. Our group had been on the lookout for kangaroos on our Trafalgar bus tour, and we encountered lots of them at the sanctuary: for a few dollars, you can purchase food and gain admittance to the penned in enclosure. Quite a few joeys, in addition to wallabies: the... More

Opinions about meals are a matter of personal taste, of course, and there were quite a number of diners at the lunch time we visited so it is likely that the opinion I write here is not shared by many, perhaps most others. With that caveat, I offer the opinion that the lunch my wife and I had there is... More

The Big Rocking Horse is a right of passage for all Radeladean children. Containing a few distinct attractions, ranging from the huge rocking horse to the toy shop and wildlife area, it offers a lot for kids to experience. Our kids loved feeding the animals, including Kangaroo's, Alpacas and lots of birds and it was very cheap with entry and... More

We had 3 toddlers in tow and the highlight was the feeding of the animals in the enclosed area. Roos, geese, goats are very docile and used to human contact. There was a cafè on site and a store selling wooden toys.

Keeping in mind the wildlife park only costs $1 to enter, it was absolutely amazing! The park area is not big, but you get to see a variety of animals - wallabies, apalcas, sheep, turkey, emu, peacocks, at a very close distance! You can also buy food $2 per pack to feed the animals and they will come even closer... More

We spent 45 minutes here as part of a bus tour. Some climbed the large rocking horse, others shopped for wooden toys and other novelties. We spent the time feeding the wallabies, kangaroos, ducks, chickens, peacocks, and sheep. The animal enclosure is a little beat up but it was nice getting close to these animals. Especially to Roos and the... More

We have now climbed the Big Rocking Horse. It was OK and that's about it, we found the shop was expensive and the wildlife park a little sparse, however, the kids did enjoy feeding the alpacas. It's a day out, but it certainly won't blow you away.

We visited here back when our kids were small and returned last week after about 20 years. It now costs $2 to climb the horse and you receive a certificate. We only stopped long enough for a few photos and had to get back on the road. So you can stay as long or short as you wish. Wooden toy... More

Last visited 20 years ago and again last weekend. Starting to look tired as nothing appears to have changed since previous visit. Cheap enough but most disappointing is the state of the bird enclosures which are old & grubby, littered with rubbish & dirty water with no foliage for the sad looking birds to enjoy. A nice large modern aviary... More
