We attended The History of Drinking in Cavan County while in Peterborough on vacation, and went with some regular patrons. There is lots of parking in the farmyard. The Winslow Farm is in a lovely, picturesque area, and being from the flat prairies, we even...More

Both my wife and I had tickets given to us as a gift and were not sure what to expect judging from what we had heard from our friends in the Peterborough area. We took the approach that it was an evening out and that...More

History of Drinking in Cavan. Between having laughs at drunks and mixing in social awareness about drugs and alcohol playwright/actor awkwardly intertwines his memories of his mother, the play was a mix of mish mash. The ending of Act 1 didn't give us a reason...More

What's interesting about this theatre is not the quality of the writing or the acting or the directing (which might generously be called "quirky"), but that it exists at all. And has produced two plays each summer for almost 25 years, to nearly full houses...More

What a terrible boring night..... I was so disappointed in this "play"..... was it a play....... Robert Winslow just stood there and talked......... it was such a waste of money. Many folks did not come back into the theater after the intermission. I have always...More

We loved it. A WWII story. Very entertaining. Two little things though, first we were going to grab a burger before the show and therefore showed up hungry. We came at 5:30 and the bbq was already shut down 🙁 The start was 6pm so...More

This was my first time to 4th Line Theater and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Very well organized. I enjoyed the guest speakers and the cabbage rolls were excellent. It was definitely worth the drive to see the production of Bombers, Reaper the Whirlwind. Staging and...More

If it is raining, people bring umbrellas. It rained on and off a bit one year we went, but the show went on. If it was a deluge or there was lightning, I believe ti would be cancelled.
