Pretty beach and safe to swim but a constants treat of traders is irritating. We were also intimidated by children to pay them for parking while they were fighting with each other. Nice for restaurants but a more quite beach will be better.
Bilene is a lagoon very safe for children and with hot waters.
We took a boat and went to other side of Bilene, whatched turtles and there's a different beach with waves.
Bilene is very good and you have good lodges with self catering.
