The Sunshine Coast has so much to offer tourists but this is one "attraction" to be avoided. While the staff were pleasant and the place was clean, it was little more than a collection of overpriced tat shops, most having absolutely no connection to ginger....More

Did the tour and tasting which I would recommend. Who would though there’s so much to know about ginger. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and the tasting was great. There’s plenty of uses of ginger in food and drink.

We booked on the tour and were very pleased we had. Interesting and informative and at the completion we tasted some of the products which were so tasty we just had to buy some! A great industry for Australia and worth supporting.

It's also opposite the Nutworks so it's worth checking that out too! It's got a kids play area,a train ride and I believe a boat ride but I didn't have time to go on those rides, maybe next time

Primary visitors are people with young kids and the older generation. Wouldn’t suggest it for kid-less 20-somethings unless you really like ginger products. 2yo had a fun time running around the “rainforest walk” and playing on the playground equipment. We didn’t go on any rides,...More

We took the bee show/tasting and the ginger factory bundle tour for $26/each (June 2018) The beekeeping/honey tour was fantastic especially as we were the only people doing it, we essentially had a personalised beekeeping tour. The young woman guide was excellent (I've forgotten her...More
