Not only is it a fine course, it's not over-priced (see Whiskey Creek just up the road). The layout is excellent; play the right tees and you will be fine. Play from the tips (just because you think you are hot stuff) and you'll regret it. The conditions are always superb.

When a lot of Virginia course are suffering from horrible conditions, Worthington was great. Both the fairways and the greens. There were a few holes with carries that I found hard, but it is a fun course, and blessidly without the houses that plague many of the area courses. This and Whiskey are the best in the area for sure.... More

First off, I have to admit I am a member here. So I might be a bit biased. However, there is really no reason, as a member, to try to attract more people to the place I play 3 or 4 days a week. I would rather keep it all to myself.....but, I just can't. This place is too good... More

Enjoy every time we visit. Nice layout, decent pace of play and generally in very good condition. Getting a bit pricey but still a fan. Decent pro shop and the ladies that run the lunch area do a great job. Remember to fill divots and fix a ball mark even if not yours!

Daily-fee, upscale golf course that as of 3 weeks ago, was in superior condition. Greens are pure, but perhaps not for the faint-of-heart, if you are on the wrong side of the hole? Would definitely return!

I organized two threesomes to celebrate my birthday at Worthington Manor. The pro shop was able to give us two consecutive tee times. What I really appreciate is the service, and tee off time separations. Given the beautiful layout at times you feel like your the only ones on the course which was in pristine condition from tee box, fairways... More

Worthington Manor is one of my favorite tracks in Maryland. The course is always in great shape and the staff is exceptionally courteous. It gets your attention immediately with three challenging opening holes. And it closes with a difficult downhill par three 17th and a long uphill par five 18th. And they welcome my GolfBoard! Always a blast to surf... More

I golfed in the afternoon on May 15th and the course was in very good shape. Tee boxes are well maintained and line up well with the landing areas. The fairways are in excellent shape and sets up nicely for the second shot. The rough isn't too bad, but it does take a firm shot to get out. Sand traps... More

For a golf clubhouse, food was pretty good as was the service. Price was reasonable for a clubhouse. Of course, beer is overpriced as it is at all golf clubs. PS: Waitress told us beer we selected was from Germany--turned out it was from the American city of Frederick, MD. Oh, well.

We have been there a few times throughout summer. The course is always in a very good condition. Staff is very friendly. It's a challenging and tight course though.
