We visited on a quiet day. The grounds are beautiful and the animals are obviously well loved. The highlight of the day was the show in the Crocaseum. The bird show is amazing. The Zoo is easy to find with an easy trip from Brisbane.

Ut has been 25 years since i had visited this zoo and i was very impressed with the changes. The layout, the gardens, the enclosures were all emaculate. The animals all liiked very well looked after. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I expected the food to be average abd expensive, but it wasn't. There was a large... More

We visited with our 10 month old, expecting to stay only an hour or so, but ended up leaving after 5 hours! Our baby was entranced by the exhibits and we loved how interactive the zoo was. It felt very special being able to touch certain animals. The kangaroos and koala exhibits were particularly enjoyable. The zoo itself isn't mind... More

My family had the best day at Australia Zoo for Mother's Day. The special event days are done very well and made all the mums feel that little bit special. If you haven't been to Australia Zoo then it is an absolute 'must do'. The zoo cleanliness is outstanding. The midday croc and bird show is fantastic. The staff are... More

Went here today with my wife. Not normally a big fan of zoos but this was AMAZING!!!! I loved to watch the Crocodile hunter and loved how his presence is still felt in the place! The crocs here are amazing! Loved how close you can get to some of the other animals. Got to see loads of venomous snakes which... More

Expensive , but well worth the experience. Such a treat to share the Irwin family dream. To be able to expose young and old to the information and care of some of Australia favourite animals. To have insight to the research and work that continues daily behind the scenes.

This park is very well designed - it has beautiful scenic areas which are lovely to walk around. It is rather big, so be prepared with comfortable footwear. There is a free shuttle bus within the park to transport you around if required (some parts are spread out). There is also a free shuttle bus from Beerwah train station which... More

We had an amazing day at Australia Zoo! We have looked forward to the visit for months and you did not disappoint! Thank you. Being greeted by keepers and animals was an unexpected start to the visit. The talks and shows were ace. The Tortuous talk was super and woman who did it was superb (Wednesday 17th May)! The big... I loved this place, there was literally every animal you could ever want to see. There was plenty of shows to see, and enough time between them to explore. It's a big Zoo so plenty of walking is to be expected, that's if you want to see everything. There's plenty of restaurants which I ate at 2 of them breakfast... More
