A pleasant friendly children's play area and a great meeting place for mums n dads to socialise while enjoying the break over a brew while the kids run riot, let off steam and knackering them out sametime. Play areas are in a safe condition with adequate staff coverage for issues that may occur.
Limited parking but should be fine to overspill next door into a big retail shops cp.
Found teas and coffees in my opinion to be a bit pricey but then as long as it helps keep the place open, then no problem

We took our 11 month old son here having never been before. There is a lovely area for the babies to play in with their own ball pool which is located next to fantastic looking slide for the older children which was great for my son as he loved watching them sliding down. The space is light and airy in general, not too noisy (no loud music blaring) and clean.
The staff went out of their way for us considering we arrived close to closing time and wanted food - really friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to go back!

I've taken my little boy here a few times and must say its one of the best soft plays I've been to.
Not too big but big enough for him to love and run around. The slide is a big hit as is the football area at the end (plus a cordoned off area for little'uns).
Food ordered from there was great value for money and came with choices of fruit and drink in the lunch box for children. Would highly recommend.

Great fun for the kids and the parents can join in too. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks are available to buy. Apparently hot food is available but my daughter had a party for my grandson for 30 children and they were given sandwiches, crisps etc - very disappointing. For a half day out good value for money but would not have a party there again.

My sister in law wanted to host my nephews party here so rang up over a month ago to book and pay. As she didn't have enough kids they told her it was written down and just pay on the day. She rang just now to confirm times for tomorrow and no one had written it down and now there are 4 booked official parties there's no party for my nephew. If they had no intention of writing it down they should of just said they don't take bookings.

When told she would not return they appeared not to care. Silly attitude when there's another soft play down the road!

By far the best soft play in the area. It says up to 12 years of age, but I'd say 8 and under is a better age range (there's a larger one in town that is more suitable for the older end of the scale). There's a gate that you get buzzed in and out of so once you and the kids are in, they can't get out without you. You can sit down and let the kids ran around without the worry of "where are they?"

The play equipment is always clean (if your there at the end of the day you'll see the staff cleaning), it's also clearly well cared for as well. Food is reasonably priced but is always fresh and tastes good.

My only advice would be check their Facebook page as my son has been left disappointed a number of times when we've turned up and they've closed early, which they seem to do if the weathers nice and it's quite (which personally I find a perfect time to go as my son isn't a fan of large crowds).
