After visiting some of the most popular islands and destinations in the philipines, we stopped in camiguin for a couple of nights. As you arrive you can feel there is a different air here. Come to camiguin if you like nature, snorkel, and driving your motorbike. There is direct flight from cebu once a day, and Ferry from Bohol. You... More

Lived here for a significant time some years ago. There are the usual places that visitors frequent and which are discussed on this site. I used to find good coral snorkling just off the 'beach' at Sagay - especially when the sun was directly overhead - showing the coral in all its detail. Bring sunscreen. There are many out of... The island is not so big and if you will bring your car you can drive the whole island round for a day. It's really an adorable and great place to relax and spend... More

Interesting that Camiguin can be rated as a whole. I love it. Good luck it takes some hours by boat and that there's only one or two flights per day. So this beautiful spot cannot be overrun and destroyed like Samal Island for example. The people still live there with some normal lifes. You should really go there soon to... More

It would be a great thing: creating a co-working space for nomads on the island! Myself I came to the island after retiring my ‘real’ job but I still am active as a freelance financial consultant. I have clients from Europe, India and Malaysia. And you know what is so fantastic? • I work mostly on the terrace, • I... More
