Hidden in the countryside, yet so close to the M25, this museum is well worth a visit. I had not been for a few years, but there had been some tremendous improvements and additions. The Mosquitos are the centre of attention, but the small exhibits...More

Great to see the passion of as volunteer only museum with a wealth of planes associated with de Havilland. Informative and helpful and some very impressive historical pieces.

This is a lovely museum and great fun for children. My 8, 7 and 5 year old American grandsons enjoyed a visit there mainly due to the staff who talk and interact with the children. There is a wealth of information here that is probably...More

Lovely little museum. Some wonderful aircraft, especially the Mosquitos; seeing these aircraft & reading the stories of the brave men who flew them is quite moving. The museum is not as shiny and tidy as others but this adds to the charm. The kids loved...More

A group of us were entertained, enthralled, educated by the excellent Curator of the museum. His amazing depth of knowledge regarding the history of De Havilland was delivered in a most enthusiastic manner. A great collection of historically important aircraft. Well worth a visit.

We visited as a couple along with a friend, without having done any research, and unsure what we'd find - and what a brilliant surprise! Interesting exhibits galore : Three pretty much complete Mosquitos ( including a 'slatted' prototype ) in the hangar with active...More

Sorry, cannot remember. I thought there was an entrance fee but I may well be wrong. It may be on their web-site. Well worth it whatever it is.

I agree with Roland W. I recall seeing a number of footpath / bridle-path signs on the verges of the nearby lanes.
