We didn't use the skills tuition but the cafe was very welcoming with good quality and value for money food which was greatly appreciated at the end of a long ride. Well stocked shop downstairs, bike wash, comfy sofas in the cafe. We'll be back!

Excellent mountain bike skills course which is also very close to the start if the famous 'Wall' trail at Afan Forest Park. The Gyfylchi trails centre is named after the famous Gyfylchi chapel. The ruins can still be seen at the trail centre.
