I didn't see any locals here. It was an international tourist spot. It was one of the highlights of my trip though. So warm...clean and incredible. I very much enjoyed the hot spring and would love to be able to visit again.

I visited Maquinit Hot Spring while in Coron because it was pouring every day and there wasn’t much else to do. Honesty, it wasn’t anything special and even on a rainy day was pretty crowded with tourists and locals which takes away a lot of...More

Loved soaking in the hot spring while bird watching. Saw birds I have never seen before. Wish there was a cold pool to plunge into. Guard said the springs have been known and used for over 100 years. Somewhat salty. Supposedly good for skin ailments.

Went here about 6pm to watch the sunset and relax. It wasn't too busy when we got there but after about 20 minutes quite a lot of people had arrived. After all the selfie stick people had moved from the bridge we managed to walk...More

I’m a jacuzzi/bath tub fan and was missing this while traveling in the Philippines. This is just the fix! Well thought out concrete pools and small waterfalls wrap around natural hot springs with a view of mangroves and the ocean. Nice and clean. Free rustic...More

Good thing to do after your very tiring climb to 700+ steps of Mt. Tapyas view deck. Try to fully dip your whole body :)

I am not big fan of any hot springs, but I really like this place. Very peaceful, clean and beautiful and very romantic at night time. If you like hot springs - definitely go! :)
