Don’t come out of your way to visit this market, mostly tat (although as an Eastender I have an aversion to markets) and so crowded. We didn’t see anything we’d even get remotely close to buying except for the wonderful spit roast chickens at the...More

In fact ... great town in Spain. Nothing like Benidorm but literally 30 mins from there and 1 hr from alicante. Had a lovely stay with family... nice beach, plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and welcoming people.

Having heard negative reviews about this market, we were pleasantly surprised. There were around 5 rows of stalls, several leather stalls with a good range of bags- I bought a lovely small black rucksack - which I haven’t seen in any other market or shop...More

There were about 4 rows of stalls quite repetative didnt find that cheap when you compare prices at home before you buy just think what it costs at home. Not the best market but ok for fruit and veg

Whilst there were lots of stalls selling jewellery, food and clothes there was also an abundance of stalls selling cheap plastic toys that you just know you'd be paying over the odds for and which are going to break as soon as you get them...More

Good choice fruit and vegs but they can be found cheaper in supermarket. Range of things to buy, clothes, carpets, curtains, gifts.

Moraira market day is Friday. Sells all the normal stuff that you would expect, from clothing to fruit and veg. As with many tourists markets in Spain, keep you eyes out, and hand on your wallet. Some stalls offer good value, and some just give...More

Don't get too excited - usual stuff, great fruit and veg but then it's pots, sunglasses and clothes. Go to Jalon market on Saturdays if you want to experience a real market!

Always worth looking around. A good mix of produce, household linens and leather goods to name but a few.

Nice for a potter. Has plenty of choice but not too big. Lots of free parking nearby even in August as long as you arrive by mid morning. Close to beach and town for other activities.
