So we didn't get off the shuttle but used it as a cruise through the beautiful Abel Tasman Park. You can get off and trek and get back on, you can get off and idle on one of the beautiful beaches then get back on to return home - or you can do what we did - stay on the... More

We took the shorter version which was and hour and forty minutes and went up to Medland Beach. I think you can debark at any of the beaches on the way to Medland and hike back if you have a mind to. The captain was very entertaining and offered lots of good information. Seating is plentiful but you're allowed to... More

We booked a three-day passport to complete a section of the trail and it was just so easy to board the shuttle and be picked up later in the day. The vessels were always on time and the friendly and knowledgeable staff (from the ticket office as well as the boats) were just excellent. Thanks.

I took 2 bus/ boat and do it yourself walks. There is free pick up and delivery in the Moteuka area . There is a multitude of tour options so read the brochures carefully and about what you want to see and do. Some tour options can save you some money. You must book in person, on the phone, on... Delighted to recommend. The shuttle picked us up right on time (both from Motueka & the pick-up point within Abel Tasman itself) - and the route it takes is going to wind up making you take lots and lots of photos (so be sure you've got memory space on your phone/camera). Staff are friendly - and it's a pleasant, gentle... More

The Abel Tasman track is probably very nice but a heavy hike so we took the alternative, cruise and walk. We boarded a cruise at Tonga, and got drop off at Anchorage bay, had a one hour walk and cruised back again with a few stops at some lovely beaches and some seals. Fantastic and laid back trip.

We went on the sea shuttle around the National park. Due to ill health I was unable to go walking or kayaking , however by staying on the boat you get to see all the bays and the lovely scenery

Prompt reliable service with much information provided by the skipper about the Park. We took the shuttle all the way up the park and we're dropped off at Medlands and walked to Anchorage where we were picked up. A great day

Cruised up the coastline of the Abel Tasman National Park - scenery was amazing, wildlife including fur seals great and good weather - what more can you want on holiday??!! Driving around the area we hadn't seen nearly so much of the rugged cost so this was a great opportunity for both of us to admire the views.

We booked to be dropped of at Apple Tree bay and we walked to Anchorage where we were picked up by the Shuttle going back to Kaiterteri. Drinks and snacks served on board and not pricey. The captain gave a little commentary and useful advise. Booked at the kiosk in Kaiteriteri.
