Recently visited and found that the layout was very well done and updated since the last time I visited many years back. You can easily spend a half-day walking around and taking in the various points of information that are available. Is it touristy? Yes....More

Took the bus tour - very enjoyable visit with plenty of exhibits to pass a few hours. Good photo ops, and some nice places to sit and enjoy a few peaceful minutes. Take the elevator to the top of the tower for a view, and...More

We had an excellent experience and enjoyed visiting the equator. We straddled the Equator Line with one foot in Northern Hemisphere and one foot in Southern Hemisphere. It was a fun experience.

Took the family here and the bys really enjoyed it. The tower has some nice views and also is full of hands on experiments, great fun!

Took a taxi here with a friend (about $15 each way) and was surprised at how much we enjoyed it - we visited the monument and the museum within the monument, as well as the surrounding shops. We stopped for a flight of beers at...More

Visited on a recent trip to Quito. This is a large monument that makes for great photos. The “village” around it doesn’t have a lot to offer. In fact, this monument isn’t even on the equator. There is another attraction just around the corner that...More

We prefer AirBnB. Loads of beautiful apartments with security and close to restaurants, shops, and sites.
