I didn't do my research, Marcos's body was moved 3 months before I visited. The museum tells you about Marco's life before he became president but not much about his presidency which was disappointing. If you have time, I would suggest coming here. It can be combined with a trip to the church in Paoay.

there is nothing much to see for 50 pesos entrance fee with the rude lady cashier outside the door who has not trained to have customer service. rude, not courteous and she doesn't smile. the place will only take 10 minutes to see the inside ,this facility should closed down.

We were there to visit the mauseleum one week before the remains of the former President was laid at LMB. We were expecting to find a queue but we were in luck because there were only few people at the time so we took a long time viewing his remains....

Lucky for us, we got to see the mausoleum before his remains were buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani recently. The place can be found in Batac, Ilocos Norte. We first headed to the museum, just beside the mausoleum. On the entrance, there are chairs and a television where you can watch Marcos's video biography. There are paintings and... More

The whole life of Ferdinand Marcos and his family is laid out for people to fathom and besieged. Very clear that the whole city is still so Much in love with this fallen leader . It gives insight to how they lived and love of family. The mausoleum is so surreal. Marcos lays in a glass covered coffin with an... More

If you like history, then this place is for you. Take a look back Pres. Marcos' humble beginnings, his love story, his reign and up until his demise. Also, you'll get to see him in flesh, which is creepy but also awesome.

It's not everyday you see the remains of a former President, perfectly preserved. It helps to see Marcos was very human too in spite of his power and role in Philippine history.

The Marcos Museum and mausoleum was locaed at Batac, Ilocos Norte. This was dedicated to the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos. The mausoleum is just right beside the museum, in between the private residence of Mrs. Imelda Marcos. The museum was originally the house of Pres. Marcos parents where he grew up showcasing various memorabilia and stories of the late... More

The Ferdinand E. Marcos Presidential Center was built and dedicated to former Philippine president. It houses memorabilia of the late president, from his stint in the armed forces down to his presidency. It also has a large mausoleum that contains the glass-encased coffin in which Marcos' embalmed body has been on public display since 1993.
