Had a wonderful time with the Wilsons crew in the Abel Tasman. Nothing was too much trouble, all their staff are professional and well informed and the options are limitless. We stayed at the Meadowbank Homestead in Awaroa Bay which was really beautiful. The food was great and there was plenty of it. Being able to tramp, kayak or use... More

Kayaking with Wilsons was a great way to explore the park. Jeremy was a fantastic guide. We kayaked along the coast, saw some seals, then had lunch on a picturesque little beach, before kayaking back to where we started. Absolutely stunning scenery.

New Zealand must have the majority of the world's most beautiful places. Abel Tasman National Park is certainly up there. We spoke to Wilson's and decided to do as much as we thought we could in the day. We cruised, we kayaked, we nearly sailed, we saw baby seals, we cruised again, we were left on a deserted beach, we... More

My wife and I did a 3 day trip with Wilsons in Feb 2017. Overall the trip was excellent, the weather was perfect which did help of course. I am a Scot and live in the USA and find Kiwi walking time estimate to be more aggressive or accurate than in the USA where estimates tend to be generous. Our... More

Abel Tasman is amazing and Wilsons helped us get there. We took boat and walk trip. Even as a kiwi I would have liked better commentary with a better sound system to hear what they say about the area.

Wilson's 5-day walk from Totoranui to Marahau in the Abel Tasman National Park was an outstanding experience in every way! This is a part of New Zealand to be savoured; the scenery is unbelievably beautiful and two extra days at accommodations Awaroa Homestead and Torrent Bay enabled time to enjoy it! Scott and Kirsten our guides ensured that the experience... More

My five day civilised adventure with Wilson's was truly first class. The details were all taken care of - transfers, bags and so forth. The hospitality was genuine. The food was outstanding and both our guides, Heather and Whitey were competent, professional, wise and kind. This was worth the money!

My partner and I did the Swing Bridge, Bush & Beach (Trip #6) with extended cruise on 11 Feb a perfectly still and sunny day. The commentary on the cruise was informative without being intrusive, the staff were friendly despite being busy. We were lucky with the tides so we took the low-tide track from Torrent Bay to Anchorage to... More

We opted for the 5 day guided Kayak trip with Wilsons and cannot fault the experience in any way. The booking experience was assured, efficient and personal. Despite the huge numbers of people contacting the staff all the communications were thoughtful, clear and relaxed. The provision of equipment, transport and information was excellent. Our guides, Whitey and Heather, were professional,... More
