Yes the hotel is old, but that's part of the charm & to be expected. We stayed in a parlor suite, which was HUGE! Satisfied with the room & the service. My only complaint- the... read more

On the outside, this is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting and lovely views. The inside at first blush is lovely. Beyond reception, it's old and worn with filthy carpets and furniture that looks like it's been here since the 50s. The room and beds were clean and comfortable but a refresh is needed in the bath. The restaurant... More

My only complaint- the complimentary coffee served in lobby gets moved into the gift shop & they CHARGE YOU for it after 9AM- ridiculous & should be free all... More

For me it was a long day and had trouble with staff. To be honest I think it was more me. The place was amazingly cool with bar, white house room, places to eat. I did not know it was for golf. So pretty cool. I would not stay their, as my family trip with young children did not have... More

This hotel has been around for ages. It was old world charm. The rooms are slowly being renovated and I asked for one of these new rooms. Usually I have stayed in the older decorated rooms. The new rooms are very nice, especially the gutted and new renovated bathroom. A bit pricy for a Saturday night but worth it. If... More

Great course, challenging but playable with well groomed fairways, thick enough rough to make you strike the ball firmly, subtle greens. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. As a Marriott owner next door, get a fair discount on green fees. Nice to play on same course as the LPGA ShopRite Classic.

A definite "Troon Golf" experience! A course with a ton of history, integrity, and enjoyability. Very reasonable priced, and the entire professional staff was excellent.

Was taking an overnight trip to AC and stayed here to save money. Upon my arrival I attempted to check in at 4pm and after waiting in a semi long line I was told that my room wasn't ready yet and that it would be 40 minutes or more. Very disappointed with their check in service and got no apologies.

Never played here before and was very interested in playing. Rates were $109 but was able to get $59 on teeoff.com. Good thing because would have been upset paying full price. Here are some things that could be addressed very easily: 1. First tee box gave horrible first impression. No grass to be found. 2. Crab grass on every tee... More

We couldn't get on the Bay course as there was a tournament so we figured the Pines would be good since its the same complex. Boy were we so disappointed! The fairways and rough were poorly maintained and only the greens were acceptable. My husband and I are 10 handicappers and have played many resort courses. This is one I... More
