The Cascade is next to the parking and it is a good one! Don't expect a hike up there and quite some tourists. But it is worth a visit.

A great place to visit and easy to find. In fact my daughter was so inspired by these waterfalls that is helped her decide which course to take at University! A long story :-). Don't miss this natural attraction.

We came by bicylce. It is a nice climb up to the waterfall. You can continue up and reach a very nice walking and trecking area. The road up and down is steep and offers fun riding. Food and drinks are available both at waterfall...More

We walked up to the waterfall from the car park just outside of Sixt. (we didn't realise you could drive right up to it) Although the path was quite steep in places, it was a really nice walk through some lovely scenery and forest. You...More

Yup, it's a waterfall but there is always something magical about them (and fire) that you can just sit and watch. Easy to get to in the car and a cafe next door has some light refreshments. Worth a visist if you are in the...More

Went here on the advice of our chalet owners and we were not disappointed. There's a great cafe for ice creams and the views are stunning. Lots of paths to walk and you can paddle in the river when its hot.

I'm afraid we were very lazy and drove up to the waterfall. We drove through beautiful scenery and once we reach the waterfall were not disappointed, you are able to climb up the the side of the waterfall or admire from below.

After walking the Cirque du Fer a Cheval, Cascade de Rouget was a bit of an anticlimax. But it is easily accessible by car, you don't even need to leave the car to see it if you don't want to. If you are in Sixt...More
