It was clean and quiet. The hosts at Charlies bungalows were helpful. It rained while we were there, but it was a warm gentle rain. I recommend seeing the Chinese Temple and ruins from the Rama V Palace. 10th September 2018 – Citizens and business...More

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway for the weekend, why not koh sichang? It’s close to Bangkok. When you’re in the island rent a motorcycle or tuktuk (with driver) for a day for 250 baht. Learn about their history by visiting the ‘museum’ they...More

It's nice for a day trip. There's just 1 beach, which isn't the best. There are some nice scenic areas where you can just chill. If you live in Bangkok and you just need a quick getaway then this place is a nice break from...More

Koh Si Chang is giving you the sense of retro life style, still pure and peaceful. You will see and experience the local life. It’s has interesting history because of its location. And also the place of sacred sites and temples well respected by Thais...More

Koh Sichang was a nice escape from Bangkok for 2 nights. It was a relatively easy (and quite inexpensive) journey via bus from Ekkamai, tuk-tuk, and ferry. Accommodations cost a bit more than comparable huts on other Thai islands. I saw remarkably few other foreign...More

Like other Thai Islands, Sichang sets out to prevent tourists from finding the island. There are signs for the harbour on Sukhumvit which disappear once in Sri Racha. Even my Thai companion could not find how to get to the harbour or where to park...More

You can leave from Si Racha quite late by bus, van or taxi. But since the last ferry from Koh Si Chang to Si Racha leaves at 6 PM, thos determines when you need to leave the island.
