There are a Pagoda and some fun and execiting facilities for young ones. Can also walk along the Nen River and view the city with perfect angle.

I visited the park 2 mornings in a row when staying in Qiqihar. Arrived at 545A. The park was bustling. People were everywhere doing tai chi, dancing, singing, ping pong, badminton, photography, exercising. It was invigorating. Beautiful sculptures and buildings. There were hundreds of lotus...More
