Found a geocache (geocaching.com) outside the Port Moody Station Museum and the decided to look inside and we were fascinated by the items found there and the history. Also a real rail car out side. We were able to tell our daughter and show her things we knew only from when we were younger and what our parents had told... More

What a joy it was to take my grand children to view the Museiem. It was very educational and the exhibits were well labled.

The station needs some financial backing to update it. They have had different teas on the train, but they don't have enough power and fuse blew out a few times. They cannot have food in there unless it's catered, some kind of health law. So basically for $10-$15.00 you get tea, cookies, cheese, crackers and a orange, For the $20... More

Very interesting place with a history for all ages. Working with children 5 years to 12 year olds, they found enough stuff and staff to keep their interest.

For the history or train buffs, this little local museum uses its limited space in many creative ways... Always fun to check in and see what is happening... Like dropping in and trying an actual replica simulating trench warfare conditions, or attending a concert insight, or having tea in a train car...

A good field trip for the whole family, something for every age. The newly created trenches at the back of the museum are very real. A place to reflect for Remembrance day, just take a look when its not raining! Have fun.

The rail station is excellent, and so is the rail car. The trench out back in remembrance of WW1 is awesome.

Good information pertaining to the history of Port Moody, formerly the Western terminus of the Railroad. A new exhibit of a WW1 trench is opening and I look forward to seeing it.
