We stopped off here on the way from Bovec to Piran and so glad we did. Only an hour to get round but was stunning scenery - deep gorges and crystal clear waters

Friendly and helpful stuff at the entrance, fair prices for students and adults. The trip is short, there are 3 major things to see but even the way between is worth the walk. Please mind the temperature in spring. It can be a bit fresh...More

Tolmin Gorge was beautiful and actually pretty cheap. We drove from Lake Bohinj to the gorge, which was a beautiful drive. We were stunned by the water and the rock formations. A must do if in Slovenia!

Devil's bridge in the Tolmin gorges over Tolminka river in Soča Valley, a picturesque car road to the farmers village Čadrg (683m) in the Triglav National Park in Slovenia. Beautiful emerald waters.

We were staying at Prapetno in Tolmin Municipality and visited Tolmin Gorge, located at the lowest point of entry into the Triglav National Park. As it was cold and rainy, there were a few visitors besides ourselves. This is a magnificent gorge with well set...More

In summer there was just a plain gravel road from Tolmin side to the gorges. Tickets were sold from a booth. There is a public road that goes through the gorge via upper tunnel and bridge. I cannot imagine how it can be... More

Not really swim, more dip your feet in and cool off. We went to about knee high in the water and we were freezing. The water is rushing and there is a lot of rocks, so its not really a place to swim.
