With the new by-pass there is much less passing trade so, if you can time your visit for later in the day, we thoroughly recommend stopping-by and taking the walk down to the beach; it is very beautiful.

My wife and I stopped here on the way to Pathos and the views were amazing. Coming from Ayia Napa end, we stopped at a lay by up the hill and looked down on the rock. There are a few places to stop on the...More

We visited this on the way back from a trip around the Troodos mountains. Call me cynical but I just don't get the reference to Aphrodite. It is a nice spot and it is very popular with locals and tourists alike who want to swim...More

Don't get your hopes up too high, this is a quick stop and maybe a dip in the sea. What it isn't is a day out. My suggestion would be to make the trip yourself if you have a car so you can leave when...More

4 of us visited the beach of Aphrodite's rock a few days ago and we're treated to a lovely all-pebble beach, a beautiful sunset and warm, clear blue water. A great way to spend an afternoon away from the busy beaches like Coral Bay :)

From above it looks spectacular however it was a bit of a let down. The beach is very rocky not for bare feet at all. Coach loads of tourists so the car park is not big enough. I would not advise for young children swimming....More
