Visited the falls when the weather was very wet and a lot of low cloud. The visitor centre was closed so made my own way down to the falls. There is a viewing point and then you can walk down to the bottom of the...More

Nice, relatively short hike but quite a steep gradient - all the way down and all the way up again. The falls are worth the effort but id would be slippery in wet weather so watch your feet. Free parking at the visitors centre.

Falls worth a visit. Track to falls is beautiful. Walking and driving both options are available. Loops and other tracks are also worth doing.

we visited these falls on a very wet and rainy day. It was very wet underfoot as we took the steps but the view from the viewing platform was spectacular

We started our walk up by the 5 min. trail to the power plant. The trail was uneven, steep in places, with lots of steps and tree roots. After about a 30 minute hike, we came to a sign that said the road was a...More

The walk from Dawson Falls car park to Stratford Plateau and back is a brilliant half-day walk. Wonderful vegetation.
