Located about 20minutes drive from Raglan Bridal Veil Falls should be a must for every visitor to the region. The trails are easily marked and accessible with several viewing platforms at the top of the falls. A steep but well maintained set of stairs leads down through the bush to the pool at the bottom. Easily one of the best... More

55 m Bridal Veil Falls seemingly jumps off the basalt cliffs into the pool below. The Maori name Waireinga, (leaping waters) seems more appropriate than “Bridal Veil”. There are 4 viewing platforms; one and two easily accessible from the parking lot. Platform 3 is half way down and a matter of 200 + steps cutting through the forest. The lowest... More

Breathtaking. The power of the water is captivating. The walk through rain forest magical. Stroller friendly.

Such a great place to visit! It's a nice easy walk to the top of the falls, and then just some stairs down to the bottom which are also pretty easy. There were 4 viewing platforms at different stages of the falls, so it was so so great for getting different angles! Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful short scenic walk. Wonderfully maintained, good paths, good steps. No rubbish or damage. A magical scene at every step. Do go down to the bottom.... the falls are WOW from there.

If you can time your visit to Bridal Veil falls with or just after a rainstorm you are going to receive a treat. This Gem is brilliant when water flow is at its peak.

A light walk up and down to the bottom of the falls. Beautiful views. Then get to Raglan itself and hit the surf.

Well worth the hours drive from Hamilton. Spectacular. 357 steps to the bottom. Four viewing areas. The sign at the top says ten minute walk. That's unrealistic for average people. I'd say allow 15, especially if you want to stop and look.
