Lovely stadium tour often overlooked in Barcelona! Most people associate, quite rightly, Barcelona boasting one of tge best football teams and stadiums in the world. However, their near neighbours, Espanyol offer an informative and interesting tour. Cornella Central station is only 3 stops from Collblanc (Camp Nou) The stadium is only a 10 min walk from metro station. I emailed... More

Peter took us on this in depth tour of the stadium and it was first class. His English was excellent and it was far more detailed than the Camp Nou, in fact it was only two of my sons along with my dad on the guided tour. We were shown the changing rooms, directors box, mini museum as well as... More

Recently visited the stadium for the Espanyol V Athletic match and thought I would give a little guide, if you fancy taking in an alternative to the all conquering Barca. I am a bit of a La Liga follower and visted quite a few grounds over the years and also with Athletic being my La Liga team of choice I... More

This team used to play at the 1992 olympic stadium but got this new ground a few year back. Great architecture and top atmosphere. Great fans too!

great experience, everybody was very friendly, no segregation for the fans, everyone got on fine. The stadium is very nice, plenty of room in the seats, plenty of facilities', however they don't produce game programmes. the stadium is built on the side of a big shopping centre, so plenty of things to do before and after if you stay in... Attended Espanyol vs Valencia. Great experience, great atmosphere - we booked via ticket bureau and received free transport to and from the match. Having visited both the Camp Nou and Espanyol's Power8 stadium I got the feeling Espanyol is a family club, the fans were more passionate and despite the considerably smaller crowd than that of Barca the atmosphere was... Me and my son bought tickets for RCD Espanyol's first home game of the season never having visited the ground before nor knowing anyone who had done so. Buying etickets from the club website was cheap (€64) and easy. The ground itself was easy to find at the western end of L5 and we just followed the blue and white... More

The contrast with this tour and the tour of the Nou Camp is vast. At the time of our visit the Espanyol website had no details of the tour....in a nutshell the tours are 12.30 and 16.30, except Monday (closed) and Saturdays are complicated. The Nou Camp website is clear and you can just rock up anytime when they are... More
