New and large building, conveniently located downtown Gallarate and easily reachable with private or public means. It hosts a permanent exibition of modern art and, frequently, temporary exibitions always relevant to visual arts. Also you can find a wide area for relaxing after the visit, and a coffee bar for a snack.

The exhibitions proposed, even of different contents and level (we visited Modigliani, Giacometti and Missoni exhibits), was always very well arranged. Programs for kids are based on both shows and workshops, and are very oriented to develop the interest for art. These initiatives are very remarkable.

I had the privilege to visit it accompanied by the curator, and I have enjoyed all and every piece of art displayed. This was before the fire, I am not sure what happened afterwards. I will go back and check.

Very interesting architecture which contains a good night number of masterpieces of modern art. Interesting temporary exhibitions during the year; when I visited it last time an exhibition on Missoni was on show

A modern art museum in Gallarate. It isn't only a museum but also a place to stay with your friends.
