The museum is open to the public from 2pm to 5pm, Tuesday to Sunday, and other times by appointment. School and other group visitors are very welcome.Situated between the city's Administration Centre and the library, Rokeby Road SubiacoThe Subiaco Museum has a collection consisting of several thousand objects, documents and photographs, all of which have at least a part of their history in Subiaco. Some items relate to the area's Aboriginal people, while others were brought to Subiaco by settlers from Europe and Asia. Some have a history of several generations in Subiaco.Interpretive displays and special exhibitions are available for public viewing, and are changed on a regular basis. Thematic displays of items from the collection are shown in the museum's four galleries and hallway - also in the Subiaco Library and the corridor to the left of the city's Administration Centre reception desk.

A great time out! There are a variety of good food offers, wonderful spices, fruit, veggies, and bread. A good healthy time can be had by all.

Subiaco remains a small suburb of around 50,00o people. The museum does it's best, staffed by volunteers. Really, it is only of (limited) interest to residents. Quite honestly, if driving through to somewhere else, it's not worth stopping. Aussie Richard

I don't know if this museum holds any interest to visitors from outside the area. I live in Subiaco and so I found it moderately interesting. Just a small museum housed between the library and council buildings, it is worth popping in for a look if you are wandering around the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way... More
