We have been here several times for different events. The 1940s event is great. Gardens are soo well done too. A great way to look at the history of this place is to take a slow walk the the house

The parking is very close, very limited at the site, however plenty on the road outside, and to the left of the site by the church, which had direct access through a gate into the gardens, which has good paths on one level.
