Follow the courses around but also repeat any they liked.. the zip wires go over a lake and were great fun.
There is a cafe and you can also take your own lunch to eat in a picnic area. We took our own but brought drink there - prices perfectly reasonable.

He taught me in about 3 lessons the basics and has managed to get me hooked! I would highly recommend him! Curiosity got the better of us and we located the starting point and thought it would be a bit of silly fun to pass a bit of time because there doesn't seem to be much to do in the area.
It was all we thought it would be. Reminded me of my childhood going along Southport and Blackpool beaches!
