- Dani Ion3 contributionsThank you so much , really liked the place and the atmosphere would love to visit again , thank you againWritten 30 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Vuly NMaldives531 contributionsLush greenery but very dirty with sad animals. Only plus was the panda exhibit. They need to improve services. Very hard to find toilets and facilities for kids. As well and not good eateries.Written 26 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Tess9 contributionsI haven't been to this shopping centre for a few years. But it is a good place to do one's shopping.I can literally buy a number of items here such as electrical appliances, clothes, groceries, health supplements, hardware items, furniture, deco, etc. There're a number of restaurants which provide different cuisines, too. In the past, it was a one-stop place for my weekly shopping and I'm happy to know that it remains the same for me now. However, the condition of the washrooms can be improved in terms of leaking pipes and wet floor.Written 12 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ainshanley20 contributionsI like the decoration, but I will minus 1 point for the food. Nothing special but quite pricey.. If you come here, the only thing I would suggest is their beverages.Written 21 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rainer AlthoffKuala Lumpur, Malaysia268 contributionsOver many years in Malaysia you need sometime to be close to the nature. This jungle trail is behind the old golf course of Ampang. It's trail is not to steep and guides you along old gardens via jungle trails to a nice lake. Here you can choose either to take one or two laps around the lake before you go back to your car which shall be parked near the main entrance of the golf course. For more time spendings you can hike from the lake to various hills around that place. It's all jungle. Don't forget to take a small bottle of water along.Written 19 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gaurav BMorjim, India99 contributionsWe visited the place during night. The road on the hill has some good roadside local food stalls. Cheap food and great taste. But on top of all.. what a view.. the whole KL skyline from one place... cooler the city and calm..
Highly recommendWritten 5 October 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - TravelMalaysia8862 contributionsbasically, you need to get to one of the stalls to get the view.
there are stalls/food trucks occupying the place.
Need to at least order drink.
some of the stalls have better views than the others.
you need to walk through and pick one that you find nice.
but the road here is not really good to drive especially at nights.
lots of construction along the road, then there is not much roadside lamp.
Parking is along the road, if you come on weekends, you might get to park quite far from the stalls,Written 13 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The area sits on the edge of a forest reserve and is fairly well wooded
It is a popular jogging track now made more pedestrian friendly with the the limitations of motorised transport within a section of the upper road.
There are hordes of monkeys menacing at times and hungry all the time. Walk quietly and carry a big stick and toddlers beware.
Wild boars forage at dawn and dusk and make a mess of the greens and fairways of the golf course
It is not recommended to feed the monkeys and hopefully the population with stabilise within the amount of food in their natural habitat
An off shoot of the road leads to a jungle trek to a pond and avid bird watchers are also to be spottedWritten 14 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I came with my daughter to paint batik for Christmas gift! This is a welled set up place for batik painting, very safe and batik artist is guiding us to complete the batik process step by step. We gains so much knowledge about Malaysian Batik. I like to recommend this place for everyone who like to know more about hand painted batik.
Written 27 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I am so pleased to see the business continues to thrive.
Sasibai (the founder and manager) is very dedicated to promoting local, high quality, ethically made art/craft. It is a wonderful shop with many lovely items (home, fashion and jewelry) that are handmade in Malaysia or various other locales in Asia. It is a great place to explore for gifts as well as items for yourself. Highly recommend!Written 12 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. So i went around looking for a place where i could keep fit and “age gracefully” with regular exercises. To my surprise ..I found this cosy neighbourhood studio ..just minutes away from home.
The Movement Fitness Studio has sports yoga, zumba dance fitness, kids fitness, suspension training, balance dome / corefit and much more - and my special like is Zafina.
“Zafina” stands for Zapin Aerobic Fitness National. It involves zapin which is one of Malaysia tradional dance that formatted into fitness concept!
For a long term fitness program for myself - i have settled for Personal Training session with Trainer LaSalle - i.e. my goals is to strengthen both my legs and core so that i could still look good at age 50++
Trainers & staffs at The Movements are always very accommodative and friendly.
The Movement accepts enthusiastic fitness traveller / visitor walk-ins. Hence, if you are travelling (visiting KL) & needed to workout. This fitness studio could be you studio away from home ..and while you are there, a must do will be to experience their Malaysian Zafina fitness session. Cheap compared to the ruthless taxi whom demand very high premium fare for short distances.Written 13 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
