What an incredible day! There were only 2 of us on this tour and we were literally the only tourists at Preah Vihear. Pip was an amazing guide, very knowledgeable about all the history and cultural significance - he even acted out one of the bas relief scenes!

I booked this tour for Preah Vihear and knew very little about Koh Kor, but that was also unbelievably impressive and beautiful. The smaller temples had no one else around - peaceful and quiet with birds chirping, very different from the hustle and bustle of Angkor Wat.

We had cold water and cold facecloths at every stop. The only thing I would say is that it’s a long time before you break for lunch, so eat breakfast beforehand and pack some snacks. 80000% worth the time and expense - completely unforgettable.

    This is an Appreciation comment.
Our group today was rather small, only the 3 of us.
I guess people avoid this tour because is little bit further away, but it’s definitely worth seeing it. And it’s not crowded so you don’t need to wait in line for a picture, for example.
The temples are magnificent and they are surrounded by a beautiful thick forest. I saw no bugs around, just a couple of friendly geckos 😁
Our tour guide was Phyron and our driver Lis.
They were both so great, friendly and so polite!
We all felt very good looked after.
Phyron was very patient with us, even though we were a bit of a handful 😁
The boys kept bombarding him with the weirdest questions all day, and he always had an answer!
I, on the other hand, was interested in taking more pictures and he always had the best picture ideas, and he took a lot of brilliant, Instagram-worthy pictures of me 😆
That’s exactly what a good tour guide should be like, in my opinion. They should be able to read the crowd and adjust their attitude accordingly.
Years from now, I will not remember what year were those temples built in, or how long or tall they are, but I will remember how great my day was, and how good I felt.
Thank you Phyron and Lis! ❤️

The Beng Melea and Koh Ker temples are fantastic. They are nowhere near as busy as the temples in Siem Reap. The temples are great, Beng Melea because it is in disrepair, and the pyramid at Koh Ker is awesome and you get a great view from the top.

Bayon Guides we’re excellent. Their communication was first class and everything went perfectly. We were very well looked after by our driver and guide. If you are booking this trip ask for Long as your guide. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the local temples and great Cambodian stories and is happy to talk and answer your questions all day. It was great to talk to him as we travelled through the countryside about how the local people live.

    Overall excellent and highly recommended.

This was an excellent tour and very worthwhile. The Peah Vihear Temple is amazing, on top of a small mountain (you access by hired truck with experienced drivers). The top has fantastic views of surrounding small mountains in Cambodia, Thailand and Laos. The lunch stop chosen was great. Koh Ker was mysterious, different and fun to climb up. It is in the peaceful countryside. The trip also allows you to see farms all along the way. The final stop of Beng Mealea was really amazing and special. I recommend not spending toooo long at the first two sights, so you have enough time to take in this sprawling, beautiful temple sight. The tour guide was very fun to hang out with and a good photographer for all you Instagrammers.

My husband and I enjoyed this full day tour which allows one to experience some off the beaten track temples. Preah Vihea is unusual as it's been built over many centuries, by many kings, set on top of a steep mountain with beautiful vistas, and proudly Cambodian again. Koh Ker is a large ancient city with many powerful sacred temples and sites. Our passionate guide Mr Phally and focused driver Mr Vireak ensured a memorable experience.

A great full day tour to Beng Mealea and Koh Ker with Mr Phally & Asia Voyage Tour. We stopped at a couple of extra places that were not part of the tour (as I was the only one who turned up for this small group tour) which were part of the Roulous group which was very much appreciated

All in all, highly recommended for those who would love to explore even further temples and ruins while visiting Siem Reap

we were looking for transport to the Laos border near Stung treng and found that Panha at Angkor cab offered a unique 2 day trip in the comfort of his Lexus. (i believe there is also a minivan also) Panha speaks very good English and is a wealth of information, we stopped at the ancient city of Kho Ker and its temples over1100 years old. Prasat pram temple is a multistory temple city surrounded by a mote. Absolutely beautiful stop in the middle of the jungle The resort was very comfortable, perfect view of the river, clean and wonderful local food in the restaurant. very impressive for Cambodia, After breakfast we took a 45-minute boat ride and then canoed through the flooded jungle for a 21/2 hour adventure. the highlight of our trip in Cambodia After lunch Panha drove us to the Lao border crossing where we parted ways and our holiday continued into Laos thanks again to
Panha for your undivided care and attention to detail making for a couple of wonderful days.

An exceptional experience overall. Our tour guide, Mr. Sophia, was outstanding. He shared extensive insights about each temple we explored and took us to the most picturesque locations for photographs—he was not just a guide but also our personal photographer, capturing some fantastic images. My mother, who is 80 years old, joined the tour, and I truly appreciated Mr. Sophia's attentiveness, ensuring she was comfortable while walking and assisting her with steps. Accompanying us was our wonderful driver, Mr. Chamroeun, who was always ready with cold water and refreshing towels upon our return to the bus. Having traveled extensively, I highly recommend this tour group led by Mr. Sophia and Mr. Chamroeun; you will not be disappointed.
