    A must visit in Puerto Plata.
    This is a beautiful jewelry store and more. The displays are nicely laid out and the quality of the goods is very high. Different kinds of gold and the prices are reasonable. There is high security and the staff was helpful and friendly. Very impressed with this business.

    Fashion Mecca by the beach
    Beautiful designer dresses for unbeatable prices, and the shoes are to die for. Nice location by the beach and the staff is lovely

    Di Taino Bay
    We had an amazing experience in DI, Junior Sanchez helped us to find a beautiful bracelet, and he was very nice all the time, he even offered us beverages while the transaction was completed. Would definitely come back and recommend

    OK for a visit.
    -A lot of stores are closed.
    - Some will barter and some will not.
    - could not find any washrooms
    - typical tourist fair - booze, coffee, close, cigars, trinkets, variety store items
    - Have a bar that streams Canadian sports

    Amazing!
    Food and prices are great. Really enjoyed this place a lot. It was a bit of a rush here on a walking tour but they were quick enough and I enjoyed a brief pastry but have to move on with a to go coffee so only sat in for a bit but it was very nice here

    Local handmade items supporting women & children
    Luckily, I found Project Esperanza Art Shop on TA.
    No one I asked had ever heard of it but I did leave word at our hotel for them to recommend this little shop to their guests.
    I emailed directly to find out the exact location and their hours and I was promptly responded to by Caitlin, who came in to open the shop just for me & my family.
    She was warm and welcoming and had her beautiful children in tow, so I tried to shop as quickly as possible - and I am good at that.
    We spent under an hour and under $200 US dollars & walked out with original art work, sea glass, tshirts & very special hand-made sock dolls & more.
    It is a very tiny shop & well worth a look if you are in town - though we made a special trip just to get there.

    A must do experience in Historic town Puerta Plata beneath the colourful umbrella lane
    Fantastic lesson in rolling and rolling cigars- the best choices and amazing boxes of cigars - I can take 2 boxes back with me and not be taxed - woot woot! Fantastico !

    Something for everyone
    This small shop has something for everyone: purses, wallets, belts, travel bags and even koozies for your beer bottle. If you don't see what you like, you can pick out the style and leather you want and they will make it for you.

    Beautiful jewelry
    Rings were made and sized for us while we did another tour. The rings are gorgeous and bring special memories.

    Great Cigars
    Picked up 10 hand rolled Dominican cigars. Great flavour. Also looked around at their jewelry but did not buy anything else.
