We did the 3 hour snorkeling adventure where they pick you up at hotel, bring you to destination and then a small dingy shuttles you out to an offshore floating structure to snorkel and view marine life. Everything was as explained to us in the excursion overview.
They had a short orientation when you arrived and gear was clean and readily available.They had light snacks (chips/salsa, sandwiches, nature bars etc).
The structure is essentially on top of a reef where fish are plentiful and swim all around you as you snorkel. They throw bread out so the fish come up when you are swimming. They have several fenced areas on the structure where there are nurse sharks and sting rays that you can swim with. It was fun to try and catch them to feel their skin.
Towards the end, a few of the staff take those willing out further and do sort of a private excursion further out the reef. Then they bring you into the structure again with more nurse sharks and sting rays and help you try to engage with them.
They also offer 20 minute massages for each person and it was surprisingly good!
All in all, we had a fun excursion with no real complaints. Staff were friendly and attentive.
