Trail no 10 entrance have changed due to construction. No longer passed through Tan's Camellia Garden. The entrance now is at Jalan Jasar. Do not pass through Convent School at the left. It should be Jalan Jasar at the right .

One of the cleanest and serene places. We enjoyed a lot. We were staying at Camerin Hughland Resorts. A very Anglo vintage place, which is very well maintained and clean. We loved our stay. We did do the general visits like the tea gardens, sheep feeding, Flower Gardens etc. It was really very busy over the weekend though. But worth the visit.

The ticket price is inexpensive and there are lots of things to see. The flower section is good. Fruit and vegetable sections look sad and the butterfly farm had barely any butterflies. This is best visited in the early morning or late afternoon when it is not too hot.

Starting at the Smokhouse Hotel alongside the golfcourse. Follow trail 3. Maps.me shows the route very well indeed. We heard trail 7 would be quite hard to go down with a lot of plants hiding the path. So we took trail 8 all the way down. Without any problem. But I guess in rainy weather conditions may be more difficult!!!

A small path surrounded by different flowers, trees and vines, which gave a very pleasant feeling. It's like walking among a maintained mini forest. A short but enjoyable visit.

The pathway from the road to the falls takes about fifteen minutes. In places the path is uneven or been lost in a landslide many years ago, other than that, the path is easy to walk on. I completed the journey without taking any water and I think most people won’’t find a need for it. The falls are lovely but what broke my heart was the volume of rubbish stuck in and about the river. I cannot understand why the local government doesn’t employ the locals to clean up their mess to enhance this tourist spot.

A nice surprise to find such a vast range of different flowers. Expecting the usual small garden we paid the entrance (RM5) to go into the garden area. Very nice and the range of flowers is fascinating. Be aware that there are many steps so not really suitable for those with mobility issues.

It's an easy short walk down to Robinson falls which are well worth seeing. We then did walk 9a which wasn't easy. It is an easy trail to follow but parts of it are challenging due to a lot of fallen trees and overgrown plants. There are a lot of insects and spiders as should be expected in the jungle. There aren't any views along the way. It brings you out to a farm and power station and the path does get tougher towards the end. We walked back along path 9b which is steep but much shorter and an easier path to follow. I think coming down it would be difficult due to how steep it was in parts but going up it was fine. We didn't have any problems with dogs as mentioned previously. We did see a man with one little dog at one point but they were not bothered by us at all so hopefully this isn't a problem anymore! Overall the loop took us about 2.5-3 hours. I like nice views so this walk wasn't for me!

We had such a great time on this hike through the jungle and tea plantation (Cameron Valley Descent tour). Jason was an incredible guide, so friendly and generous with his time and expertise. He shared so much of his encyclopedic knowledge about the local flora and fauna, showing us countless plants and critters that we would not have known about if we'd attempted it ourselves.
The hike itself is not to be underestimated - about 6 hours (with plenty of rest breaks) and plenty of scrambling through the jungle. Bring grippy shoes and wear long pants, and be prepared to slip and slide a little!

Joined a half day tour on Fri 18th Nov 2022 for 02 person.

    Places to visit:
    - Visit to BOH Tea Plantation
    - Visit to Sg. Palas Tea Centre
    - Visit to Butterfly Farm
    - Hiking to Coral Hill
    - Visit to Strawberry Farm

The tour was guided by Mr Ahmad who drove us around with Range Rover. A small group of 6 person, he started to fetch us directly at hotel/homestay. Admire his history knowledge of Cameron Highlands so as his English level and vocabulary. He suggested me and a friend to rest at Time Tunnel while waiting others hiking at Coral Hill as am unable to join due to health condition.

Not forgotten, greatly thanks to Mr Ahmad who promptly responded to contact his friends who stay nearby the area to assist us when we were stranded somewhere in C.H late night with heavily downpour after failed to hail cab for almost an hour.
