    The trip was amazing!! Our tour guide, Luis, was excellent. He thoroughly explained Mayan history and culture. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during our trip.

    Great service
    Nice and quick service. Clean car and good quality. The man was waiting us right in front of the door when we came out of the airport exactly on time ( even texting the way he was dressed and the exact place he was waiting for us) . Perfect service.

    Beautiful!
    Elias was an amazing guide, friendly and super helpful! The snorkeling was beautiful and all equipment provided. There were endless drinks but wish there was option to add snacks. Be aware when you shop on the island that the people all want you to buy so it can be hard to just look without being pressured into buying. The only thing I didn’t like was it cost an extra $130 for transportation from my resort that was 45 minutes away. Overall I would highly recommended this tour especially Elias!

    Really Enjoyable if not Exactly as Advertised
    Really enjoyed Chichen Itza and the tour guide there, plus Cenotes Samaal and the short trip to Valladolid. Less impressed by lunch and the time hanging around in the gift shop beforehand. Slightly rushed in the Cenote and unlimited drinks weren’t provided, so if that’s a big draw for you then avoid.

    Would recommend it though, as the overall experience was excellent and it felt like good value for what we paid!

    Amazing experience…worth every penny!
    Everything about this tour was wonderful. The variety of activities, the timing of each one, the wonderful guides (Alejandro was excellent), and the fun people we got to know in our group!

    The company was very professional…every detail has been thought through. Just a superb experience and a great way to have a little taste of many activities in one day. Highly recommend!

    Highly recommend this trip. A 10 out of 10
    Ruth was a wonderful guide and provided a lot of insight on the history of Chichen Itza. The location was remarkable to see in person and lived up the our expectations. It was extremely hot so make sure to bring sunscreen, a good hat, and comfortable shoes. The Cenote was very refreshing and the surrounding garden areas were very beautiful to walk around. The food provided was authentic and delicious. Driving in Mexico can be terrifying but Alfredo was a great driver and we felt very safe the entire voyage.

    Xcaret is absolutely stunning. Our overall experience has been amazing, we’re very pleased beyond expectations.
    The receptionist Jesus Azcorra was very kind and helpful. He explained the park in detail for us and answered all questions we had with no hesitation. He greeted us well and made us feel welcomed.

    Brown Sugar and his team are amazing and a very well oiled machine.

    Pick up was waiting for us on time, we were safely dropped off and smoothly loaded on to the boat.

    We were a group of 7 and had the best time - it was a great experience.

    Fast check to the sites
    If you are looking for fast check to those sites, I totally recommend them. We went to Tulum, Coba Trip. The bus was clean and comfy. The guide was well knowledgeable and professional
    My only intake is that the guide on site seemed on Hurry. We were rushed.
    Also, I booked 2 for 80$ but I was charged 90$. Still need to investigate that tho.

    Upgrade to VIP
    Good experience overall but upon arrival you are encouraged to pay more for a better upgraded experience which makes the package sold by trip advisor seem not worth the money. If you go, it is worth paying the upgraded price to get better access to more Zip lines, longer on the ATVs and a private cenote with unlimited drinks and tacos. Jonny was a brilliant tour guide with lots of energy and made the experience fun.

    Beautiful, busy island- great value for money
    This is a great value for money trip to see the beautiful Isla Mujeres. Certainly not an ideal trip for everyone as this is a busy destination so there are lots of boat trips arriving at similar times! I am wondering if an early-morning trip might have been a different experience entirely as we seemed to hit a really busy patch! With this in mind, it might be worth pre-booking a bed at the beach for the afternoon- we saw many people on our catamaran do this which was a great idea as the island itself was very crowded and it would have been nice to have a relaxing base. It was, nevertheless, lovely to explore our surroundings, swim in the beautiful sea and to tick off Isla Mujeres as a destination we have seen.

    Super Frank is the BEST. Do not book with anyone else but FRANK. He’s the best, funny guy and has a lot of knowledge. He comes from a Mayan decent so he knows more than others because he’s experienced it! 10/10. Thank you Frank
