This tour was well worth it. I booked this excursion after reading all the reviews and they did in fact meet all my expectations. Oscar was an amazing tour guide. He was informative and always made sure everyone was okay during all the activities. Oscar helped me get through the cenote as I was nervous getting in the cave. I really did appreciate him encouraging me and making sure that everything will be okay. Overall 10/10

What a amazing experience! Abraham was our driver/ guide for the day and he was absolutely amazing. Communication was excellent with both the tour guide company and Abraham. We were promptly picked up from our hotel at 7 AM and he even arrived a bit early letting us know he had arrived and would be waiting for us. The van was so comfortable and clean with a cooler full of cold water. We got to the ruins early right when they opened before all the tour busses. Abraham was so knowledgeable and guided us around being mindful of keeping us in the shade whenever possible because dang it was hot even at 8 am. We then hopped in the nice air conditioned van and drove about 30 min to a beautiful cenote where we took a refreshing swim and took some amazing pictures. Abraham ordered lunch ahead for us and also had some amazing appetizers ordered for us. After we were done at the cenote we headed to lunch which was fabulous. We then headed back only to be caught in a heck of a rain storm. Abraham handled the drive like a pro and got us back safe to our hotel around 4-4:30. Everyone had an amazing time and it was the perfect day and highlight of our trip!

This was a very well organised and enjoyable trip.
Hotel pick up as promised, although I do often wonder if the hotels here have some kind of competition for the longest and bumpiest entrance. (The Haven wins) more on that later.
The trip was everything it said it would be. A swift snorkel over a reef, then on to Isla Majeres.
Here you are left to do what you like, we hired a golf buggy and chugged around the island and downed a few beers on the beach.
Then, back on the boat. It's worth knowing that before the snorkel, no alcohol is served, but after that, it's game on.
I was on the beer at first, but my day was going nowhere, but a tactical switch to the cocktails had the desired effect.
    Food was acceptable.
Bus back was pretty rapid, but after caning the cocktails, it was still a bladder busting experience.
It's an expensive trip, but I have no complaints, and the crew did an excellent job. That's the way you want it. Thanks, guys.

Excellent authentic excursion, buggy’s were super fun, cenote was super spiritual, visiting the Mayan community, eating authentic food, and interacting with the children was wonderful and being able to bless them with snacks was a highlight for sure. Our guides Carlos and Abraham were great and super thoughtful!! We definitely would recommend and would go again!!!

This was the 2nd visit to Chichen Itza and our girls 1st. Another fantastic experience. Yes it was hot but that’s to be expected. The first stop was lunch and a religious ceremony. We didn’t like after the native ritual the “leader” tried to sell us a “blessed” idol for $500. Then he lowered the price for a smaller version for $250. I wondered if they even noticed the big Ankh tattooed on my arm. That should have been their sign we weren’t falling for this trick. Plus if they asked they would have known we were from NYC. Enough said. The stop at the “calendar” which most of us refer to as a pyramid was just as wonderful as the first time. We joined a Tour guide in English from a different group. Learned more than the first time. Around the sites are too many vendors trying to sell you the same merchandise. Even had those “idols” the leader tried to sell us back at lunch. One guy selling tshirts actually got upset because I wanted to bargain down the price. 1 for $25 and it’s not from JCrew. They need to cut the vendors down to a few and arrange them in one section. Distracted from the views of the ancient site. Asphalt is needed to paved the paths around the area as well. The Cenote was a great experience. The girls loved it. Too short a visit. Then we stopped at Valladolid. Nice experience. Lists of action around the park. But again the stay was too short. More vendors selling the same souvenirs. Wanted to see unique items by local craftsmen. Maybe on Etsy. Be prepared for a long drive but the bus was quiet for the most part with the exception of these 4 Frenchmen that had a lot to talk about. One tried to tease me about being from Brooklyn while he wore a Knicks jersey of a French draft bust for the Knicks. He assumed being from Brooklyn meant I wasn't a Knick fan. He need to upgrade his jersey to Brunson or a Knick legend like Ewing. But overall it was a good experience. Next time we will get a private ride and tour guide.

This tour was an incredible experience! Our guide Santiago, our photographer Rod, and our driver Manuel made a great team. We started the morning snorkeling with turtles and ended it with an incredible swim in a cenote. The photos taken by Rod were amazing and without a doubt worth buying the photo package. Our guide Santiago was knowledgeable, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to be around. He made sure the whole group had everything they needed, and ensured everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. Santiago, Rod and Manuel made the experience even better than it already was! We are excited to book another tour on our next visit to Cancun!

I CAN not say enough wonderful things about our private tour with Juan. Wow, simply amazing. We booked a private tour for the Tulum ruins and two cenotes and were treated to a fabulous experience. From the beginning, and all throughout, both Caroline and Frederica were excellent with communication. Juan, our tour guide, arrived on time in a large comfortable van, prepared for the day with loads of cold water and snorkling equipment, tickets, passes, and a head full of knowledge. We beat the crowds and the heat by heading to the ruins early in the morning (highly suggest, they open at 8) and his breadth of knowledge of the ancient Mayan culture made the ruins come alive. He drove us then to two different cenotes, including Dos Ojos. He made us feel quite comfortable in the cave, explaining everything in detail about what we needed to do and what to expect. This was truly our best day in Tulum. Highly recommend.

One of the most original places I ve ever been too. We done the insomnia experince that was an organised tour , arrived at 5pm and collected by bus at 11pm. It’s very difficult to explain how wacky fun this place is especially after dark. From the moment you enter until you leave, it is all about using very clever living art to challenge your senses. You start at the pinwheel building which has a gift shop in the centre and lots of doorways leading to short displays or to the 2 walkways that lead to the experiences that are basically walk trips to challenge what you are used to seeing and feeling. The spa sense path is a very fast water slide, followed by a zip line , followed by a shallow lazy river, then another lazy river in liquid clay, and finally a walk through showers of water jets. The second path leads you into a pathway which is completely pitch black , you can only feel you way through different landscapes surrounded by noises and bushes etc until there is a very faint light up ahead. Felt like 15 minutes, was probably only 5! If you get scared at any time you put your arms in the air and someone will take you out. Worth doing but small children would need to be with an adult. There are lockers available so bring swimwear and some extra dry clothes. Highly highly recommend. There is nothing like it any where else in the world! It’s about 90 minutes travel time from Cancun.

Alan was a great tour guide, full of information on the history of all the places we visited. We learned a lot and enjoyed the day. It was an early start, but worth it to be some of the first people at Chichén Itzá. Beautiful and incredible historic site. The city stop and cenote were nice as well. A full day of adventure made much easier with a guide who knows the area/can drive you to all of the sites and back.

We couldn't have had a better time!
Jane was absolutely phenomenal! She made sure we were all comfortable and knew every step and rule to make sure things went accordingly.
She was beyond hilarious and SO knowledgeable about so many things it was awesome! The captain and deckhand were great and definitely knew what they were doing.
They also made us the best Ceviche and guacamole I've ever had!
The whale sharks were epic and they made sure all of us got to go multiple times and made sure we got up close while being respectful of their space.
We highly recommend this tour and will definitely go again when we come back and hope we get the same team because they worked so well together and helped us all have the best time possible!
