- JasonPSteady Brook, Canada222 contributionsEnjoyed wine tasting and food at Lucketts. I was impressed with unoaked Chardonnay. I bought a bottle. They have many local items in their shop. A very nice shop.
Food was good. I had a chicken sandwich with a seafood chowder. Seafood chowder ingredients was great. White sangria is extremely good.

Nice views, beautiful cobblestone walkway and buildings.
We purchased a wine tasting option, well a couple to be honest. Then bought some red and white and were on our way.
Restaurant patio was very inviting.

The pizza special for the day was just about the tastiest I've ever had!Written 29 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SarahWolfville, Canada4 contributionsI love the market! It’s so lively and the vendors are always so good! Only giving it a four instead of five cause it can get a little crazy and busy! But that comes with the nature of such a good market!Written 27 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - susanwinetastingPutnam, CT794 contributionsThis was without a doubt the nicest vineyard we visited on our recent trip to the Annapolis Valley. The wines are all of good quality. The tasting room is in an old house, which is nicely preserved. I found it the most accessible of any wineries in the neighborhood. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed sampling their wine and were delighted there was no tasting fee! The staff was very personable. Our favorite wines were the rosé, Marquette, Chardonnay and Sauvage. The prices for bottles were a bit higher than average.Written 21 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GracieGirl94 contributionsLiterally stumbled on tis railway. We arrived at low tide and walked the trial a bit. Went to lunch at the Lightfoot Vineyard (make reservations) and then came back for high tide. - CooperCoboconk, Canada84 contributionsWe took the self-guided tour and enjoyed reading about local heroes throughout the ages. The house has not been restored, the wide plank floors, the kitchen setup and such a great upstairs. The displays are interesting and the Docent was available for our questions at the end of our tour. We spent approx an hour here and then walked the outdoor garden before departure. Entry was by donation.Written 30 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ToTravelIsBrilliantWolfville, Canada1,728 contributionsThis delightful Art Gallery is part of Acadia University, and houses a permanent collection that is periodically exhibited and also there are special exhibits. There is a yearly showing of community works, and also a host of special events (including book releases, openings of exhibits etc).I It is no-cost, and well worth a visit - just check the hours of operation before you go.Written 17 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - trimicmontreat365 contributionsThis is the oldest Presbyterian Church in Canada dating back to 1767. It does not have stain glass windows or a cathedral ceiling or velvet cushens on the pews. It does however exemplifies the simplicity of the early of the earliy churches of the 1700s.
This is still an active congregaion however, now a church affiliated with the United Church of Canada. Only wish we could have been there to attend worship on Sunday.

- NHjoSaco, ME8,455 contributionsThe Old Burying Ground dates back to 1763. Some of the tombstones are fascinating and were carved by someone only known as the 'Horton Carver', according to the plaque in the cemetery. His stones have cherub heads with spiked crowns, crosssed bones, hourglasses with the sand running out, sickles, etc. The trees in the cemetery are also the oldest in Wolfville. The cemetery is located across the street from Acadia University.Written 3 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Codiak!Abbotsford, Canada10,762 contributionsThis is a small park right on Main street. It is well maintained and has some interesting sculpture in it (and a clock!) - robertlt2016Gander, Canada172 contributionsAny time we are in this area, Hennigar's is a must stop. From the various items in the gift area, the exceptionally wonderful baked good, to the fresh fruit and veggies; they have it all. You can go there and always see or find something different.
This was no exception, picked up a couple of gifts, some baked goods, but apples were there yet, lol.
Highly recommend to visit, it is truly a farm market.Written 20 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We had an amazing tasting experience and a hard time chosing our favorite :P
1- The most easy-going cider was their signature Heirloom cider.
2- My favorite was the Hopped Pear (which was a surprise since I'm not fan of hopped nor pear!).
3- My partner's favorite was the Earl Blue (earl grey tea and blueberry).
4- Our fourth pick was their "Something different" of the moment, which had a pleasant wild-flower taste.
Go there! For the quality of the service and the amazing variety of ciders!Written 10 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
