It's not a bad size car park, and it's a nice walk along the river Derwent, Which is good if you want to walk into Cockermouth town centre.

This is a really delightful park on the edge of the town, bordered by the river Cocker, which is easily accessible and very popular for paddling in the summer.
Lovely for a picnic play or a dog walk lots of paths lead to other parts with the river running through the middle the park itself has 2 areas with small and older kids areas the are also some tennis courts
