There isn't much time at each stop, so keep that in mind with your fitness level as sometimes you need to run to keep up with the group. It's a long, but great day out and you get to see all the sights. The day is full of snippits of places and tidbits of information. Take advantage of the Changing of the Guard tour and river boat on Thames ride. We had limited time in London and didn't want to spend it lining up with a lot of other tourists and came across this option. We modified our sights slightly as we went on, as we needed a toilet stop, our cabbie stopped outside Harrods so we raced through and got to see some of Harrods too. The Cabbie was full of information and certainly a history buff. Our teen had lots of questions and our cabbie answered them all with a breeze. - Lea GBrisbane, Australia22 contributionsI didn’t get to take part in the walking tour because of a sore foot. Bit Churchill’s War Rooms are a must see for me when I visit London.
The restoration of the Rooms has been lovingly and faithfully done and the Museum is just splendid.
The staff are unfailingly helpful and very knowledgeable.
TIP; Make sure you visit the Canteen during your visit. It is a welcome chance to rest your feet while you partake of food that is somewhat reminiscent of wartime menu.

Our tour guide Anna was very knowledgeable of great historical facts & tried to make that aspect fun, although the last thing I wanted was a history test while on vacation. I truly appreciated that she made sure we were informed on getting the most out of each area we visited with the best views for picture ops. I originally wanted (but it was sold out) the lunch option (by michelin chef) + takes you up via the lift (the stairs were brutal) but I ultimately enjoyed having the open options. I stayed close to the Eiffel tower area as I'm not very good at navigation & would surely get lost as I did later on in the day which can negatively effect everyone but gladly it didn't. Overall communication could have been better (as many areas are noisy & hard to hear) but in 1 instance we were told to wait for her when we get off the train, which we did, but soon realized that she didn't wait for us to even get off the train 1st. We would still be waiting. - longytudeNottingham, UK8 contributionsFantastic afternoon spent at the tower. We only got around 2.5 hours due to our arrival time but we just about managed to get round all the main bits. It was very busy being a sunny Saturday afternoon but it’s a major attraction in London so to be expected. We all thoroughly enjoyed the Yeomans tour we did at the start. Some of the stories can be a little gruesome so may not be suitable for young children but our 11 and 9 year olds lapped it up. The tour really brought the place to life. Big queue to see Crown Jewels. Recommend going early or late to avoid queues.

They did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend them. The taxi was definitely first class and the driver/guides were excellent. My only complaint/concern was the lack of direction from TripAdvisor about where to actually meet the tour - They said "164 Buckingham Palace Road" but didn't actually direct us to board the station inside or provide a terminal number. Since we were anticipating being picked up on the street, this lack of communication almost caused us to miss the tour's departure.
