- Woollyp21Slough, UK8 contributionsA big thank you to John and his excellent tour of the Back to Backs. His knowledge of the property and people who lived there was excellent. He made us all laugh with his stories and how he engaged with the group. High recommended.Written 4 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

Good setup and concept thoWritten 13 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Tigger1987Oxford, UK188 contributionsFirstly, lots of security on the doors. No stringent checks, more just tickets, but it felt quite safe. Been to this venue a couple of times and it remains strikingly beautiful in the auditorium.
This has to have some of the best staff around. Meg's smile lights up the foyer and she was very helpful, and it was good to see that they take the recording of shows seriously. Their staff were constantly stopping patrons. Wonderful job. Well done.
Everywhere spotlessly clean.
The sound is phenomenal - always is. Cannot recommend this venue enough.Written 24 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Bill DLas Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain88 contributionsThis building is very attractive inside and out. Make sure you visit again at night , very pretty.

Shop only accepts card payments to the great disappointment of our grandson who wanted to buy a book with his own money.Written 2 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Paul GPaul Goundry13 contributionsOMG, that was the best musical i've ever seen! Performances were incredible, perfect mix of dance, humour, singing... simply loved it. To think we can see performances of this standard in the midlands is incredible! Highly recommend it.Written 7 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Corby TaylorDagenham, UK218 contributionsI have been wanting to visit The Coffin Works for some time after seeing it on a BBC documentary about HS2, I was not disappointed.
Don’t worry and don't assume that The Coffin works is all about death, its not just a macabre sideshow. When you visit you delve deep into Birmingham’s industrial past and learn how industry changes throughout their years.
The staff here were all very friendly and each one was a fountain of knowledge! I would definitely recommend you visit, it’s worth an hour or two out of your dayWritten 4 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Claire GLondon, UK40 contributionsWe felt privileged to be allowed access to this extraordinary time capsule in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. Our (volunteer) tour guide brought this history of the museum to life, captivating his small audience for over an hour. Book in advance!Written 25 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- pat c1 contributionA great venue to visit, the staff (volunteers) were extremely knowledgeable and shared some amazing stories of their past career in the force. A better than expected day out. Well done to all the staff!
Parking above Snowhill station was very handy.Written 21 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - ShaunH290London, UK1,877 contributionsGood to see the old industrial heritage developed into a great community and tourist resource. We walked from the Mailbox, passing the BBC building and the old canal buildings, looking at the plaques and maps on the way on a very sunny day. We took a few photos and noted the recent addition of a "possible Banksy" painting on a wall.Written 23 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- KP12 contributionsWe had fantastic customer service at Newey's. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed by Jonathan who listened to what we wanted. He was friendly and helpful with no pushy sales pitch. Having our jewellery made and ready on the same day was an added bonus.
