Our driver was warm and friendly. We made several stops to get the feel of Fife. St Andrews was great. Well worth the time.

Great tour of small fishing villages and of course, St. Andrews. Fishing towns provide for great scenery. St. Andrews speaks for itself. Our guide Karis was wonderful as well

Cici, our guide, on Sunday the 3rd November delivered a hugely informative tour of St Andrew’s. I arrived in the town with no prior knowledge of its history and culture and left wanting to learn more.
Thank you Cici for being a friendly, enthusiastic and inclusive tour guide.

We had the opportunity to spend the whole day visiting the beautiful towns of Falkland and St. Andrews, it was a great time.
Peter had a lot of knowledge about the areas we saw. He was very nice and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful areas of Scotland

What better way to learn the history of golf than at its birthplace. Knowledgeable insight into all things golf as well as surrounding area. On a Sunday you can walk the Old Course as it’s closed. Golfing here (at any of the 7 St. Andrew’s courses) is a once in a lifetime treat for those that travel to take in all that is the holy grail for golfers. Take the tour to make it a learning experience in addition to a round (if you can afford it).

Our local guide Trish was born and raised in St. Andrews. She was delightful and had a vast knowledge of the history. We learned so much and laughed often. She held our attention and kept us moving. We covered alot of ground in 2 hours. It was the best way to start off our trip. Highly recommend booking this tour.

St Andrews was great, a Women's Golf Tournament was the following day so there were lots of signs & displays. The Lady's Tower as really neat with a beautiful view of the water. The weather was typical Scotland with on& off drizzle. Our driver and guide was fantastic. She was from Ethiopia, spoke 6 languages and always had the answer.

The audio tour is found on Getyourguide and was very good. We were able to split it up over a couple of days. There is lots of walking, but it's mostly level and somewhat shaded. Beautiful scenery along the Ness. We were a group of 4, so we just bought the one package and shared to instead of separate headphones. There was construction at the cathedral downtown and that messed up the directions a bit but we eventually found our way. This was better than some other tours because we could go at our pace and stop along the way for shopping or eating, etc.

Yet another excellent day tour with Highland Experience, my third so far. Our driver/guide Graham was very knowledgeable and gave a running commentary as we drove through the countryside, giving plenty of facts and insights. Ample time was given at each stop for a good look around. Would certainly recommend Highland Experience.

Great!!! David our host for the event knew his Whisky. He gave us enough information but never overloaded us with info. It was great to experience some new Whisky to us and to feel super relaxed during the visit.
We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time.
    Would highly recommend.

Matthew was our tasting instructor and he was great. We had a chance to taste several gins while enjoying a wonderful Gin and Tonic that he made us. One of the best. We learned a lot about gin as we were novices. At the end after tasting three, we chose our favorite and added ingredients to create our own gin cocktail. A wonderful way to spend time together. I would definitely recommend dong this if you have time and want to have fun while learning a bit about gin in Scotland.

    “An Unforgettable Scottish Adventure!”

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a remarkable tour! Over five days, our group of 13 explorers crisscrossed the rugged beauty of Scotland in a cozy minibus It was a journey that left footprints on our hearts. Our fellow travelers came from all over the globe. Our guide was John, a living, breathing love letter to his homeland. His passion for Scotland was contagious, and he wove tales that transported us through time—from Highland clans to mythical creatures. His enthusiasm was infectious, and we hung on every word as he revealed hidden gems and stories. His music playlist was a symphony of Scottish musicians and music and some of his favorites. John knew the best spots to stop and inluded John "Bonus Stops". His love for the land, snd the people we'll carry with us forever. If you are fortunate to visit Scotland, ask for John at Hairy Coo tours. You won't be disappointed.

Terrific day trip from Edinburgh to visit the home of golf. Stuart the driver/guide is a veritable encyclopedia of knowledge about Scotland’s history, culture, food, etc. very entertaining mix of tidbits and music for the ride. His recommendation to go to ESF: Edinburgh Street Food which is a 5” walk from St Andrews Sq was spot on!
