My family and I occasionally suffer from museum fatigue. We have limits to how much wandering around we can do, taking in sights and reading about what we're seeing. There was no such issue with Musee d"Orsay. The building and layout are spectacular, and we actually would have stayed much longer than a few hours had they not been closing. If it held only works of the Impressionists and Post-Impressionists, you would still be amazed, but it is much more.

You have to visit her! We are in a unique position that we get to see her being rebuilt- that is hopefully a once in a lifetime opportunity!

My family and I visited both Sainte Chappelle and the Conciergerie with a dual ticket. The stained glass is absolutely beautiful, making the visit highly worth it. We were most impressed with the audio guide with the Conciergerie tour, which would show a computer -generated rendering of the rooms as they might have looked in history. Smaller crowds made the visit to both enjoyable and educational.

Booked a tour. Probably the best way to see it as they somtimes let you go through the barrier. Very grand inside

Really nice view of the city. The line was a bit long on a Friday. Worth it to go to the top. If you plan in advance you can book online but we did not. The line moves fairly quickly.

Many people visit L'Orangerie to see Monet's Water Lillies and that series is certainly worth the admission but this little museum offers much more so you should try to include it in your schedule. L'Orangerie is small so you don't need to plan more than an hour and you will have plenty of time to then visit Musee' D'Orsay or enjoy the park afterwards. Downside: People milling about in front of Water Lillies without regard for people viewing from the center seats; go early to reduce this issue.

So big when you get up close! We paid the 13 euros and walked the stairs to the top. Great views across the city and a different view of the Eiffel Tower. Well worth it! Lovely little shop inside and very clean toilets!

We visited very early before it was open so it was great to look around the local area before it got too busy. Has a lovely feel to these small streets and alleys. Had breakfast in the square which we felt was quite expensive but this was probably the case with lots of places. The Montmarte is beautiful and free to enter. Was very quiet when we went.

We really enjoyed the cruise. Great views of lots of sights. Only negative was that there were big groups of school children:

The Cathedral is impressive. There is a cable car, which takes you up to some extent. The final part of the approach must be done on foot anyway (stairs). There are no queues. It's quite a smooth flow of people around and inside. There are also some relics inside of the Basilica.

We had a lovely few hours walking through the rose gardens which are full of sculptures and then continued in to the main house. This museum is a great way to spend a few hours, there were no crowds when we visited and even the gift shop is lovely.

One of the best areas to walk around, sit down for brunch at Benedict maybe and do some shopping. You can spend the whole day in this neighborhood full of history as well. Shopping and food are incredible in this area. Highly recommend

We did not go inside as it was €11 and being as the Sacré-Cœur is free to enter this seems quite expensive. There was also no queue, presumably due to the price. The square it is on is very pretty and the building itself very impressive. We sat on the front steps in the shade and people watched for a short while before we walked to the river.
