We were a mix of skill levels and ages and we were very comfortable throughout! Paola was extremely knowledgeable and lovely and we learnt a lot- about Mallorican cuisine, the island and history, and how to cut an artichoke. We came with friends for my wife's birthday treat and were not disappointed
Sven asked us before we started What type of wines we liked then carefully curated a selection of wines to please us all
He was extremely knowledgeable and combined storytelling, good humour and education seamlessly into one of the most enjoyable evenings possible.
Could not fault it and will recommend to all our friends
