PMI were exceptional to deal with, their website was easy to book up front, and then the communication was excellent with follow up confirmation emails etc. The drivers on both the arrival and departure were both super friendly and arrived on time.

- Pickle11 contributionFantastic company 6 of us traveled to Majorca and booked transfers from the airport to Alcudia and then back to the Airport at the end of our stay.
Excellent service very clean minibus and trailer, the drivers were fantastic waiting at the airport and parked right outside the door. Then collection was also easy, early pick up and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
Would use again, great value transfers.

Our flight was 2.5 hours late, I informed TransferSoller prior to leaving the UK that this was the case. Huge queue to even get to the office and then a rude woman serving that spoke no English, gave us the wrong bus number and when we mentioned it snatched the paper out my hand and shooed us along. Sat in the car park at the airport for an hour waiting to leave - very hot and by this time very impatient as desperate for a drink. Finally we set off and we were then on the bus for over two hours travelling what should have been a 50 min trip. Bus driver and a customer ended up screaming (which we couldn’t translate) and the bus driver threw the man and his child off the bus and threatened to call the police. Then left us all on the bus for 20 mins while he walked off! Meanwhile we Didn’t have a clue what was happening and it was awfully distressing when a police man eventually got on the bus. Still no apology or explanation offered. Eventually got to the hotel and was dropped 2 streets away and told which direction to walk. I booked a package holiday with Eurowings Holiday incl. transfer. Seems they work with this company called Sidetours in Mallorca. On arrival waited 1 hour because they wanna maximise profit. Poor bus driver had no idea when we leave. I went in and told them its ridicuolus waiting and waiting as we lose time from iur holiday. On the way back the bus driver were super rude not even asking a name, but worst is they pick me up 5!!!! Hrs before flight time. Again they maximising their profit with running less bus with more people. Lost half day because of this. Eurowings holiday also shouod not work eith them, but they will also get their review. Clean, frequent on time and cheap 2 euros each. Depending on the time of day and tour stop if you got a seat or not, could be very busy or quiet. Probably spent a fortune trying to call the company as they’re not available on WhatsApp just to be told I need to email bookings@mytransfers.com!!! Probably fake email address. The driver never turned up. I was unaware that this wasn’t a reputable company as they was the first to come up on Google when searching! Absolutely disgusted to be standing at the airport with a toddler waiting for pick up and nothing! No messages or calls like other reviews have stated just a email. Paid €130 for return!! Had to pay a further €90 because I was blatantly scammed. disgraceful company! I dropped off my car before there was an attendant and out of an abundance of caution decided to take pictures of the car from multiple views, also showing it was parked in the return spot. Within hours of the drop-off, I received a bill for a damaged headlight. I wrote to both the local agency and US Hertz, asking for documentation of the damage they claimed was there. Only when I sent my photos showing that there was no damage, and suggesting there was potential fraud, that US Hertz removed the fees.
