The coaches are all really good as were the facilities. Clay courts a little hard/short of loose clay on surface such that bounce a little accentuated. I lost my motivation back home and by the end of my week with Zu, I had my mojo back.
I didn’t think of it as a fitness camp, just a week away for me, doing activities I enjoy, and the sun makes it even better. Zu has so much energy that it rubs on to you, and helps you when you start to lose that bit of vital energy.
When walking or cycling, you get to see the most beautiful scenery.
The food is amazing and easy to make at home, following the receipes on the Stayfit website.

Eva and Zak were amazing with the kids and helped us with preparation beforehand. It was great to have them there as it took the pressure off us adults.

First time we came last September to Palma Nova and this year was our second time and we booked 3 lessons which made our holiday much more memorable. Mateo is a super coach and super fun. I had a long 15 years break from wakeboarding and my confidence is coming back. He made my husband, who is 52 and was the whole life terrified of water, get in the water with him and swim for 5 minutes. This is super achievement!!!! We will come back next year again. - Rose S3 contributionsWe had the best experience with Eduardo and Mar! We have 2 teenage daughters who loved every second of the trip. We did the day trip 10am- 6pm and it went by so quickly!
The boat was beautiful and comfortable. The tapas were really good! Amazing seafood and snacks. We wanted to see sites around Palma and doing it from the water was a great idea! The snorkeling was amazing and the caves were our daughters favorite part!
This added a lot to our trip and was an experience we will remember! This experience has been transformative as well as so much fun.
The course was designed to teach the essentials of freediving, focusing on deep relaxation, breath-holding techniques, and gradually pushing our physical and mental limits when ready.
The instructor Ismael was exceptionally knowledgeable, calm and supportive. He always gave clear, step-by-step instructions and was ready to offer personalized tips and encouragement. His passion for freediving was contagious, and he created a safe, positive learning environment that helped me build confidence.

Finding decent and reliable activities for children through the summer can be hard but with the flexibility and availability of the sports camps and after school sessions made this very easy. - NelmiSanta Rosa de Calamuchita, Argentina77 contributionsWe walked down to Port Calanova from our hotel. It was a steep hill to climb but well worth it. The port has many beautiful sailboats and a repair yard. This was quite interesting. The sailboats are huge! There is a restaurant on the premises but we did not eat there. If you walk around you will find small beaches and places to sit.
